The following outlines the Terms & Conditions for submitting a form on www.bytebustersconsulting.com: By agreeing to these terms and conditions and submitting this form, you affirm that you understand and agree to the following: Section I - Company Policies ByteBusters Consulting, LLC offers the following for all clients/customers: Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy: This policy ensures that when our services are provided, they satisfy the client/customer. The satisfaction guaranteed policy states that if ByteBusters Consulting, LLC. is hired by any individual, and the employee cannot resolve any issues, the client/customer will not be charged. Additionally, it should be noted that a service charge will still apply if any issue is resolved at all, even if the resolved issue was not requested or outlined in the services request made by the client/customer. If, however, the employee cannot resolve any issues, and in their judgment makes the decision to escalate the issue to another support agent who they believe may be able to resolve the issue, the client/customer will not be charged for the initial session, however will be charged for the session that resolves their issue, no matter how many times the issue is escalated or transferred. Section II - Fees No Show Fee for Online Meetings - In the case of a no show, defined in this context as failure to join a meeting within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, (For Example, if the scheduled time is 1:00pm, you will have until 1:15pm to join until it is classified as a no show, at which point the agent will leave and cancel the call.) The session will be marked as a “No Show” and 15% of the expected cost of the session will be charged. This will not be separate from the month’s final invoice, but will be included and listed as a no show fee. The flat fee agreement plan is exempt from the fee, however failing to show up within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled call will cancel the meeting. Emergency Services Fee - All services must be scheduled before 6pm the prior business day, meaning any meeting request submissions should be submitted no later than 6pm. Any submissions after that time will be subject to the emergency services fee, which upon totaling the final cost for the service, a 15% charge will be added on. Section III - Scheduling Support Support options will be available during support business hours (See https://www.bytebustersconsulting.com/hours-and-contact). In case of business contracts, each business will be assigned a primary contact agent. Any requests for support should be emailed to their assigned primary contact. Emails can be sent at any time, however fees still apply for emergency services. Timestamps shown on the agent’s end that depict when the email was sent will be used to determine whether or not the support request is subject to the emergency services fee. Section IV - Plans Monthly - As per the flat fee agreement, the monthly plan states that the business will pay a flat fee at the beginning of the month. After this fee is paid, the business will gain access to unlimited support for the whole month. This plan is exempt from the no show fee, however is not exempt from the emergency services fee. A monthly invoice will be sent to the business operator each month throughout the duration of the plan. Yearly - As per the flat fee agreement, the yearly plan states that the business will pay a flat fee at the beginning of the year. After this fee is paid, the business will gain access to unlimited support for the whole year. This plan is exempt from the no show fee, however is not exempt from the emergency services fee. A monthly invoice will be sent to the business operator each month throughout the duration of the plan. Emergency services fee for the flat fee agreement - Since the flat fee agreement states that the business will have full and unlimited access to business support during support hours, there is no estimation for each support session. Therefore, the same terms as outlined in section II will apply, except instead of paying the 15% expected cost, a $20.00 fee will be charged for the emergency services fee. Section V - Payment Options & Disclaimers The client understands that any and all services performed by ByteBusters Consulting, LLC are non-refundable. Payment may be made in the form of cash or a check, both of which should be mailed to the business address. The client managing payments to ByteBusters Consulting understands that in event of a check payment, they must write the check themselves, and if the check is to bounce, be canceled, or in any way made so the check cannot be deposited or cashed, legal action can and will be taken against the payor, who will assume full responsibility. In the event of a payment malfunction, the plan will be on hold until it is resolved, and no support will be provided for the client.
